Udo Frentzen Benfleet Str. 13 50858 Köln Germany Dear Madam, Dear Sir, I write to inform you about widespread misuses of modern bio-technologies by the intelligence agencies of today's major powers and in counteraction of worldwide operating defence leagues and a coalition of Third World Countries. The US CIA investigated from the beginning of the 50ies in its bio-chemical laboratories systematically poisons for their incisive effects on the human body, naturally found venoms and synthesized toxins, drawing also on exotic plants and animals, voodoo rites, pseudo-medical experiments in Nazi concentration camps. They scaled up their R&D efforts rapidly from that period on and synthesized new classes of toxins in concurrence with development of biological and chemical weapons by the US Military and NATO. In one project they started research into the anatomy and physiology of the central and peripheral nervous systems, in goal and method of depravity, to manipulate the bio-chemical-electrical processes, determining ethical, social, intellectual, motivational, emotional and sexual behavior. Another project initiated research into the structures and mechanisms of the human genome, in intentional misapplication of mutagenic-, hybridization- and recombinant DNA technologies to cause with bio-technological incisions into the genotype changes in the phenotype, manipulating the common gene pool and also plant and animal life. As goal has been set up the construction of the first 'biological bomb', with application for example in high tech terror, clandestine, large scale use of bio-chemical, physiology and genome affecting toxins on dissident groups. The present state of the art technology with a program of systematic depot pellet poisoning manipulates political-psychological profiles population wide of millions of people of all groups of society. Several larger, private parties and independent defence leagues have escalated their investigations into the security agencies of the Western Atomic Powers and NATO, of Russia, Japan, Germany, Israel, Saudi Arabia and larger Third World Countries into a global dirty war between all existing and new forming groups.
